A 30-year-old Newark woman was killed Monday morning after being struck by a New Jersey Transit bus in East Orange, authorities said.
The crash occurred at about 6 a.m. at the intersection of Evergreen Place and Freeway Drive East, according to the Essex County prosecutor’s office.
