The Essex County Prosecutor’s Office has identified the victim who was fatally struck by a vehicle in Millburn on March 27.
Millburn police responded to reports of a motor vehicle crash at the intersection of John F. Kennedy Parkway and Fineran Way, in front of the Short Hills Mall, at about 8:42 p.m.
