NEWARK — Police arrested and charged a juvenile after an attempted carjacking killed a delivery driver last weekend.
The juvenile was taken into custody on Tuesday and is charged as a juvenile with first-degree felony murder, first-degree carjacking, second-degree vehicular homicide, second-degree knowingly leaving the scene of an accident resulting in death, and third-degree counts of endangering an injured victim and theft of a motor vehicle, , Essex County Prosecutor Theodore N.
