Virginia State Police have issued a critically missing adult alert on behalf of the Hampton Police Department for a missing 41-year-old man.
Police are searching for Joemain Daval Holland, who is described as a man who is 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighing approximately 170 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair.
According to authorities, the last contact with Holland was on May 9. He was believed to be on Wine Street in Hampton at the time. His clothing description is unknown…
