NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – The man who created pop-up libraries in honor of his 12-year-old son is asking for help after he says his Norfolk site was destroyed.
When Deshawn Parker arrived at the corner of Park Avenue and East Virginia Beach Boulevard in Norfolk to check on one of his pop-up libraries, he only found heartbreak instead.
