GLOUCESTER, Va. (WAVY) — A Newport News man was arrested in connection with a stolen vehicle Thursday morning out of Mathews County, according to the Gloucester County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies utilizing FLOCK ALPR technology were notified of a stolen vehicle being driven on George Washington Memorial Highway in the White Marsh area at approximately 8:35 a.m.
