Chesapeake nonprofit speaks out after license plates stolen off vehicles used to feed people in need

CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) — A Chesapeake nonprofit is asking for the community’s help after they say license plates were stolen off their vehicles last week.

The tags were swiped off the cargo van and the 15-passenger van that are owned by Buffalow Family and Friends Community Days last Tuesday.
