VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — A Hampton man has been charged in connection with a shooting that left another man injured in Virginia Beach early Saturday morning.
According to the Virginia Beach Police Department, officers responded to the 200 block of South Budding Avenue around 3:22 a.m. on May 30 after receiving a report of a shooting.
