Virginia is getting nearly $40 million dollars in new funding to support dozens of airports across the Commonwealth, including two in Hampton Roads.
Gov. Abigail Spanberger says Norfolk International Airport is getting more than $7 million of that funding to help with construction of a de-icing ramp.
