NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (WAVY) — A multi-vehicle crash is causing delays on I-64 near J Clyde Morris Boulevard, according to the Virginia Department of Transportation.
As of 8:37 p.m. on Sept. 14, the west left shoulder, left lane, left center lane, and right center lane are closed.
