Woman charged after e-bike collision with car in Norfolk

NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — A 33-year-old woman was charged in connection with a crash involving an e-bike Friday morning in Norfolk, according to police.

Officers were dispatched to the report of a motor vehicle accident between a person operating an e-bike and a Lexus sedan at the intersection of Saint Paul’s Boulevard and East City Hall Avenue around 9 a.m.
