PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) – Portsmouth Public Schools confirmed to WAVY that an incident involving the I.C. Norcom band after school hours resulted in disciplinary action against multiple students. A school spokesperson described it as an “inappropriate incident” that happened after a scheduled band practice was canceled.
