An operation between multiple law enforcement agencies resulted in the arrest of a fugitive from Virginia on Monday, Sept. 23, in Bertie County. On Monday agents with the Down East Drug and Violent Crime Force were contacted by the NCSBI Fugitive Task Force regarding assistance in locating Quashon Morgan, 19, of Norfolk.
