Credit card fraud suspect sought by York-Poquoson Sheriff’s Office

YORKTOWN, Va. (WAVY) — The York-Poquoson Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help in identifying a man involved in credit card fraud.

On Monday, Sept. 9, 2024, the suspect entered a Lowe’s located at 801 Rochambeau Drive at around 12:15 p.m. He pretended to be an employee in the victim’s store.

The suspect then proceeded to use the victim’s company card to fraudulently purchase over $1,900 worth of merchandise.

He exited the scene in a dark colored pickup truck.
