CHESAPEAKE, Va. – Chesapeake police are searching for a 14-year-old who has not been seen since a little after midnight on Monday. The Virginia State Police has issued a CODI Alert on behalf of the Chesapeake Police Department (CPD). CPD says Deborah Jenkins was last seen at 3355 South Military Highway around 1:00 a.m. She is white, with blonde hair, and hazel eyes, and is 5’2″, 75 pounds, with a lip piercing. She was seen wearing a black zip-up hoodie and black pants.
