ROANOKE, Va. ( WFXR ) — Widespread showers and storms will move through Southwest & Central Virginia tomorrow during the day. There is a chance that we will see strong to severe storms as the Storm Prediction Center has placed areas east of the Blue Ridge under an Enhanced Risk (3/5) for severe weather with areas west under a Slight Risk (2/5) . Damaging wind gusts will be the primary threat; although, a few tornadoes and some large hail cannot be ruled out.
