Four displaced following overnight fire in Norfolk

NORFOLK, Va.(WAVY)– Crews in Norfolk responded to an overnight house fire.

According to officials, crews were dispatched to the 2700 block of Vincent Ave at 1:31 a.m. for the report of a structure fire. When crews arrived, they found smoke and visible flames from a window on the second floor. Crews made a quick interior attack on the fire and were able to rescue two cats.

The fire was under control by 1:52 a.m.

Four adults, along with the two cats that were rescued, will be displaced. No injuries were reported…
