GLOUCESTER COUNTY, Va. (WAVY) — A road pavement worker was injured and suffered an electrical shock after the bucket of the truck he was in struck a power line in Gloucester County Thursday, Virginia State Police said.
Virginia State Police confirmed that the accident happened Tuesday on Low Ground Road. Crews were working to repave the road when a truck unloading asphalt hit the power lines along the road, and the man was injured from an electrical shock.
