NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — The Norfolk Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating a 15-year-old girl who has been reported as a runaway.
Shaunna Anaisha Thigpen was last seen on Monday wearing a black t-shirt, black pants and pink and white shoes.
Thigpen has a medical condition that requires medication, and she may be in need of urgent medical condition.
