HAMPTON, Va. (WAVY) – Hampton’s waterfront will be overrun by pirates this weekend.
The Blackbeard Pirate Festival returns to Mill Point Park and Downtown Hampton May 31 and June 1, 2025.

Dozens of pirate re-enactors, costumed in historically accurate garb, will transform Hampton into the busy seaport of yesterday.
The free outdoor festival offers children’s activities, three entertainment stages, sea battle reenactments, arts and crafts, period vendors and even fireworks!

- 10 a.m. – Opening Ceremony
- 10:30 a.m. – Stage Entertainment Begins
- 1:45 p.m. – Pirate Procession (Riverwalk to Dockside)
- 2 p.m. – Blackbeard’s Last Battle Reenactment (Dockside)
- 3:30 p.m. – Trial & Treasure (Blackbeard’s Stage)
- 6 p.m. – Blackbeard’s Block Party ft. The Champagne Band (Bunch of Grapes Stage)
- 9:30 p.m. – Fireworks & Cannon Fire (Battery Point)

Parking
Public parking will be available in downtown parking garages on Eaton Street and Settlers Landing Road, the City Hall parking lot, and in any legal, on-street parking spaces as marked.
