NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — The Department of Homeland Security issued a statement Thursday saying the cities of Virginia Beach, Hampton and Newport News, along with 30 other localities in the Commonwealth were obstructing federal immigration laws, but Sunday, the list of so-called sanctuary jurisdictions in Virginia disappeared from the DHS website.
