SMITHFIELD, Va. (WAVY) – Crews with the Smithfield Volunteer Fire Department responded to a vehicle fire on Route 10 near Riddick Road Wednesday afternoon.
When they arrived on scene, around 2:30 p.m., they located a tractor-trailer that had fire coming from its rear axle.
