NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — One person has been seriously injured after a pedestrian-involved crash in Norfolk on Saturday night, according to police.
Officers received a call in reference to a crash involving a pedestrian in the 400 block of East Little Creek Road around 9:40 p.m.
