Virginia non-profit serves meals to Texas flood victims, volunteers and first responders

PORTSMOUTH, Va. (7News) — Volunteers with the Virginia-based disaster relief nonprofit called “Mercy Chefs” have arrived in central Texas to help, following the devastating floods that left at least 51 people dead.
