MATHEWS COUTY, Va. (WAVY)– Two men were arrested on Thursday after a search warrant led to a drug seizure in Mathews County.
According to officials, the Mathews County Sheriff’s Office, in coordination with the Tri-Rivers Drug Task Force and the Virginia State Police Tactical Team, executed a search warrant in the 7000 block of Buckley Hall Road. Officers seized large amounts of methamphetamine and cocaine, as well as a stolen vehicle.
As a result, Juan Francisco Aguirre and Payton Richard Pittman were taken into custody.
Aguirre is charged with Possession with the intent to distribute a scheduled I or II substance. Pittman is charged with Receiving stolen goods and served an outstanding capias for failure to comply with pre-trial services…
