HAMPTON ROADS, Va. (WAVY) — The Virginia Department of Health is notifying the Hampton Roads community of regional student immunization clinics ahead of the upcoming school year, which begins Aug. 18.
Participating cities include Virginia Beach, Norfolk and Chesapeake.
Vaccinations are free, but parents must bring their ID, the student’s immunization records and an insurance card. Each clinic’s hours of operation depend on its district.
