Jazz hasn’t disappeared from Hampton Roads, but some people say it doesn’t have the presence it once did.
That’s part of what prompted longtime jazz drummer, educator, and radio host Jae Sinnett to launch Hampton Roads Jazz Inc., a nonprofit focused on revitalizing the region’s jazz presence through performance and education.
