YORK COUNTY, Va. (WAVY) — The York County School Division Superintendent Dr. Victor Shandor announced he intends to retire during a York County School Board meeting on Aug. 18.
“Throughout his tenure, Dr. Shandor has led with vision, compassion and an unwavering commitment to student success,” said School Board Chair Kimberley Goodwin in a statement. “We thank Dr. Shandor for his outstanding contributions and wish him the very best in retirement.”
