HAMPTON, Va. — The Phoebus Jazz Festival is returning to Hampton later this month, featuring some of the best jazz performers in the Seven Cities and across the country.
The festival will take place at the American Theatre in Hampton on September 26 and 27. Headlining Friday the 26th is Steve Smith and Vital Information, featuring Smith on drums, Manuel Valera on keyboards, and Janek Gwizdala on bass. Also playing Friday is Latin Jazz Conspiracy.
