NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (WAVY) — A driver is facing charges after a vehicle crash at the intersection of Jefferson Avenue and J. Clyde Morris Boulevard Friday morning, police said.
According to officials, around 2:30 a.m., officers were dispatched to the intersection of Jefferson Avenue and J. Clyde Morris Boulevard for reports of a vehicle crash.
