YORK COUNTY, Va. — A driver was fatally shot on I-64 in York County Wednesday evening, according to Virginia State Police.
The shooting occurred near the 242-mile marker, which is near Busch Gardens. According to VSP, the driver of a 2024 blue Honda sports utility vehicle ran off the road and hit the guardrail in the eastbound lanes just west of the 243-mile marker.
The driver was taken to the hospital, where she died of her injuries…
