YORK COUNTY, Va. (WAVY) – Officials with the York County government have announced that smoke testing will be conducted in select areas over the next two weeks as part of HRSD’s “Reducing Rainwater in the Sanitary Sewer System” Program.
According to officials, this work will help identify where repairs are needed to improve sewer performance and reduce any rainwater infiltration.
