HAMPTON, Va. — Hampton city leaders are moving ahead with a plan to address a growing housing demand– without changing the historic feel of its older neighborhoods.
At its October 8 work session, City Council got an update on the Infill Housing Plan Book, a new guide for residential development that aims to make it easier to build homes across several of the city’s historic communities.
