NORFOLK, Va. — Tashonna McKinzie was arrested in July and accused of conspiring to distribute and sell a Schedule I or II substance. McKinzie worked for the Norfolk Sheriff’s Office for more than 20 years before being fired following her arrest.
Court documents obtained by 13News Now show investigators searched a Virginia Beach home McKinzie shared with Bradly Shines. McKinzie told police Shines is a felon who previously served time on narcotic charges.
Inside the home, investigators reported finding: two guns, drugs and pills later identified as fentanyl, electronics, and about 4,000 dollars in cash hidden throughout the house…
