Gloucester man arrested following months-long shooting investigation

GLOUCESTER, Va. — A Gloucester man has been arrested and charged in connection with a series of shootings that targeted a vehicle and a tractor earlier this year.

Travis Michael Parmley, 53, was charged with feloniously shooting at an occupied vehicle and two counts of reckless handling of a firearm.
