Two suspects in an armed carjacking were arrested late Sunday night after leading police on a chase from Virginia Beach into Chesapeake, Virginia Beach Police said.
Ronnie Jamijah Futrell, 21, and Dawan Jaquez Harris, 32, both from Aulander, N.C., are facing multiple charges.
