CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) — The Chesapeake Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Khyla Milan Williams, a 15-year-old girl who has been reported missing since Dec. 16, 2025.
She was last been seen on around 11 p.m. on December 16 at her residence in the 900 block of Lake Village Drive in Chesapeake.
Khyla is a black female with naturally brown hair, that is currently dyed blonde and pink. She is 5’3 and weighs 110 pounds. She has brown eyes, wears glasses, and has a birthmark on the left side of her torso. Police say she has a tattoo of the letter “J” on her forearm.
She was last seen wearing a white short-sleeve shirt, gray sweatpants, and dark blue Ugg boots…
