HAMPTON, Va. — A new coffee shop in Hampton is taking customers on a nostalgic trip back to the 1990s. Drip ‘N Sip, located on Big Bethel Road, is blending the past with the present, all while paying tribute to a beloved family member.
For owner Melanie King, the shop’s ’90s-inspired décor is more than just a theme. It’s a way to honor her late brother, Aaron, who unexpectedly passed away last February.
“Anytime you’d hang out with him, he’d be blasting 90’s jams,” King said. “He loved the old sitcoms, the cartoons. Anything you could think of from the ’90s, you would think of my brother.”…
