NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – Officials with the Norfolk Police Department have arrested a 17-year-old male in connection with the shooting on Johnson Avenue this Christmas Eve.
Officers were originally called to the 800 block of Johnson Avenue at 5:15 Wednesday evening.
