JAMES CITY COUNTY, Va. (WAVY)– Police in James City County are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing woman.
Susan Herzog Kauffman, 80, was last seen around noon on New Year’s Day. Flock cameras picked up her vehicle near the intersection of E. Broad St. and N. 17th St. in Richmond in a 2025 Silver Nissan SW.
Her attire is unknown…
