POQUOSON, Va. (WAVY) — Surveillance video captured a violent dog attack in Poquoson.
The Newport News Animal Welfare Division confirmed the attack seen in the video happened in the 10s block of Glen More Drive on Dec. 29 at approximately 1:10 p.m.
