JAMES CITY COUNTY, Va. (WAVY) — A man was arrested in connection with wounding two people during a robbery at an apartment in James City County on Sunday, according to police.
Officers were dispatched to the 3800 block of Staffordshire Lane at approximately 3 p.m. on Jan. 12 for an alleged robbery that occurred the previous day.
When officers arrived, they discovered a 66-year-old man and a 55-year-old woman who had injuries consistent with that of blunt force trauma. The victims were taken to Riverside Regional Medical Center, where they remain in serious but stable condition…
