NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (WAVY) — All southbound lanes on I-664 at the Monitor-Merrimac Memorial Bridge-Tunnel in Newport News were closed following a crash Thursday morning, according to the Virginia Department of Transportation. It has since reopened.
VDOT said traffic was being diverted off at Terminal Boulevard.
