9 women file $5 million lawsuit against Cork & Bull

CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) – Nine women who say they were removed from a Chesapeake restaurant filed a $5 million lawsuit Tuesday charging the Cork & Bull Chophouse with discrimination.

Last November, 10 On Your Side showed a video that made the rounds on social media of two women fighting inside, but nine others, who say they were not involved, said they were asked to leave. 10 On Your Side has reached out to the owner’s of Cork & Bull several times but has yet to heard back.

Cork & Bull and their parent management team are named as defendants.
