PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — Motorists on I-264W in the City of Norfolk experienced delays due to a vehicle crash at the Downtown Tunnel West, around 4:45 p.m., resulting in all west lanes being closed.
WAVY has contacted Virginia State Police for more details and to see if there were any injuries.
Lanes have re opened as of 5 p.m. Sunday.
