ISLE OF WIGHT, Va. (WAVY) – Drivers in Smithfield were out this morning, but they were driving slowly on the roads.
On Monday morning, interstates and roads were fine; the main issue for people was stairs and driveways.
“We have a big bucket of salt, and it was all packed as I was doing the steps themselves, going in and out of the hotel. Nothing, just ice. And I don’t want somebody flying down the stairs trying to get in the cars,” said Donna Riddick…
