NORFOLK, Va. — Hampton Roads is bracing for another round of winter weather this weekend, with forecasts calling for the possibility of heavy snow, icy conditions and coastal flooding across the region.
The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) said crews and equipment are in position ahead of the storm.
