SUFFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — A multi-vehicle crash caused delays on I-664 north on the Monitor Merrimac Memorial Bridge-Tunnel heading into Newport News Thursday morning.
According to VDOT, traffic backup spanned approximately 3.75 miles.
