NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (WAVY)– An anti-human trafficking awareness event is coming to Christopher Newport University this week.
The Third Annual Operation Breakthrough: A Red Sand Project Installation will be held on February 12 from noon to 1 p.m. inside the Freeman Center. The event is hosted by The Office of the Newport News Commissioner of the Revenue, in collaboration with Christopher Newport University and community partner FreeKind.
