A Perdue Farms driver was found dead after the tractor-trailer he was driving careened over the side of a bridge into the Chesapeake Bay in Virginia over the weekend.
On the night of Sunday, Feb. 15, officials identified the truck driver as Ronnie Andrews, 61, of Robersonville, N.C., who died following the crash at the Chesapeake Bay Bridge-Tunnel in Cape Charles earlier that day, CBS affiliate WBOC, CBS affiliate WTKR and NBC affiliate WITN reported.
“We are heartbroken to confirm that a Perdue driver has passed away following an accident on the Chesapeake Bay Bridge‑Tunnel,” Perdue said in a statement to WBOC…
